5 Steps to Help You Access 100% Covered Services
Step 1: Gather Your Required Documents
Applicant (Person Applying for Service) and other household member age 18+ must submit:

Photo ID
Social Security card, ITIN card, or other official government document
Proof of income for the past 30 days or current public assistance
Proof of residency* (required only for the applicant, not for other adult household members)
MO: Cass, Clay, Jackson, Platte, Ray
KS: Johnson, Leavenworth, Wyandotte
Fillable AccessKC forms are available for use as proof of income and residency when other documentation is not available.
Step 2: Apply Online
Register as a client, click on Apply Now or scan the QR code to apply
Use a valid email address to register
Select only one service that you need
Upload all required documents and submit your application
You will receive a confirmation email that your application has been received
Please wait 48 hours to call us regarding your application, and check your email, as we will reach out first through the email address listed on the application. All emails from AccessKC will be sent to the email address entered into your registration. If you don't see an email, check your spam/junk folder.

Leaving more than one voicemail or sending more than one email will delay our ability to respond to you
Make sure your cell phone voicemail is set up
Make sure your cell phone voice mailbox isn’t full
Our calls to you may show up as “Unknown Caller.” This means your cell phone carrier does not provide Caller ID for all calls

Step 3: Application Review
AccessKC reviews your application and documents

Step 4: Voucher Approval
If your registration is approved, AccessKC will assign a provider based on provider availability and your address
The voucher will be sent to the email used for your registration
Step 5: Make Your Appointment
Call the provider listed on your voucher right away
Schedule your appointment before the voucher expiration date
Bring your voucher and photo ID to your appointment
