AccessKC’s Core Program provides essential medical care 100% free for individuals and families with limited income (household income below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level). From emergency dental care and prescriptions to eye exams, hearing aids, and durable medical equipment, we remove cost barriers so you can focus on your health.

Services Covered

  • Dental care, including treatment for pain, fillings, extractions, dentures, and partials

  • Eye exams and glasses (every 24 months)

  • Prescription medications (up to a 90-day supply)

  • Hearing tests, hearing aids, and fittings

  • Durable medical equipment, including delivery and setup for large items
