The Care You Deserve — at No Cost to You and Your Family
AccessKC’s Core Program provides essential medical care 100% free for individuals and families with limited income (household income below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level). From emergency dental care and prescriptions to eye exams, hearing aids, and durable medical equipment, we remove cost barriers so you can focus on your health.
Services Covered
Dental care, including treatment for pain, fillings, extractions, permanent dentures, and partials
Eye exams and glasses (basic frame + medically-necessary lenses; every 24 months)
Prescription medications (up to a 90-day supply of most meds for acute and chronic conditions)
Hearing tests, hearing aids, and fittings
Durable Medical Equipment and supplies, including delivery and set-up for large items
