Jolanta Liu, Vice President, AccessKC

Jolanta Liu is a strategic and results-driven leader recognized for transforming organizations through effective program management. As Vice President of AccessKC at AcruxKC, she applies her extensive experience to advance access to health services and strengthen community impact. Previously, as Director of Grants and Development Operations at United Way of Greater Kansas City, she led initiatives with the Hall Family Foundation, Bloch Family Foundation, and Siemer Institute, supporting low-income households. Her early career included senior roles in the judicial system, directing the Bureau of Justice Assistance Veteran Treatment Court Program and overseeing juvenile justice accreditation. She holds an MA in International Relations and Affairs from Washington University in St. Louis and dual BAs in Political Science and French.
